Public Works Contractor Registration
Contractors and subcontractors must register with DIR in order to bid on public works projects as of March 1, 2015, or be awarded a public works project as of April 1, 2015. Public works contractors can register or renew for one, two, or three fiscal years (July 1-June 30) for a fee of $400, $800 or $1,200. Credit card payments can be processed within 24 hours, while other forms of payment may delay registration for up to eight weeks.
